Personal Statement

I am here to share my experiences and get others' experiences on how the business world "tries" their best! I have had some HORRIBLE experiences and would LOVE to save others from making the same mistakes and experiences I have!! I thrive on great customer service and getting the most out of my shopping, eating and buying experiences. Let our voices FINALLY be heard - it's about time that the PEOPLE have a say!!!!

Most Positive Customer Experience

When I had a critical order go awry and the client received the comletely WRONG product - the client called me up freaking out that their event was in 2 days and they had NO products to give away. I called the factory immediately with the same sort of anxiousness and anger that the client had given to me. The customer service agent at the factory took complete control by assuring me that we would have the product in my clients hands by their event date. She got call tags out that day for the wrong products, pushed through production to have the Correct product redone and shipped to my client by the Morning of their event. She even called that afternoon to make sure all arrived and offered a 40% Discount to pass onto my client for the mistake and frustration. I now trust that factory with all my business and know that even if there is a massive mistake - they will make better and with a SMILE on their faces!! Customer Service is #1!!!
