I would like to say i love my Xbox 360 but the fact is it for the last two months has been a pain in my you know where. It started two months ago when my Xbox suddenly froze so i turned it off and started it back up. There i got the three red lights of DEATH. So i did what every one else does i sent it off in hopes of all bugs being worked out and it being fixed. The box came in two days fairly quick actually. It took two weeks to get it back not too bad either but still sucks. So I plugged it in and started to play. Not twenty minutes into it, it froze again!!! Well you can guess what happend next. So i called Xbox, I told them i wanted a brand new console and to be comped a game GTA4 well they wanted to just comp me viva pinata and other things i already had and to just fixed my console. After two hours and several supervisors I was told i would have a new console and GTA4. And that the box would be over nighted fed ex. Well after a week of no box I called again. Another two hours on the phone i was told i would be comped Army of two also... So the box showed up two days after that i sent it off it over-nighted down to them. It took about three days to get to fed ex again now its been over a week and just left Texas. Ridiculous.... last time i called i was told there was no record of my comps and basically told me to get screwed. My suggestion to any one is to buy a playstation 3 dont even mess around with xbox. I will update this again when it finally shows up again!

Man, I feel for you. I don't understand how Microsoft could have made such a huge mistake with the creation of this console. My network of friends are such a small sample in comparison to Xbox's overall customer base and I know of at least five people that have had similar problems. Oh, and by the way, I did buy a Playstation 3 instead. :)

I feel your pain, my 360 had the dreaded rings also. Microsoft helped me out fairly quickly though. Plus, I would rather have a broken 360 kicking around than Sony's overpriced blu-ray player. Hey Sony, how about making some decent games? Oh, and maybe throwing in a high def cable with your high def system?

I take really good care of my stuff, and I always make sure to keep dust away from my consoles, so it's a bit disappointing that I've had to keep sending these in. There's obviously a fundamental flaw in the hardware design of the Xbox 360. It's a shame, because the game library is stellar.
