Pick up the Phone

So I Curbed my car 1 month ago; so bad i needed new rims and tires on my passenger side. I clipped a strip of curbing separating the turning lane at the last second... Anyways, insurance took care of everything from rental car to the collision center. My car has been sitting at Lakeside Collision Center for 3 weeks, my parts took a week to get there. I was told that they would be checking all possible damages during the time my parts were shipped. I called every couple of days to check the status and left my phone # everytime because they didnt have it on file...go figure! I finally got a date for my car to be done, 2 weeks later they said everything checked out fine and we just need to put your wheels on and it would be done friday the 19th. I called to let them know I was going out of town on the 19th early morning and coming back tues morning, they said no problem. So I returned my rental on thurs prior to the 19th and arrived on tues morning to pick up my car. Its not done, no phone call, no communcation what so ever.... the reason, they order a part yesterday and it hasnt came in.. hmmm so when you told me my car was fine it wasnt and you just found out yesterday you needed a part! with no communcation the whole time my car was there....so they told me thursday the 25th it will be done in the morning. Today is the 25th and I called this morning and my car isnt done and they will let me know when is, and to make things worst they asked me for my phone # again! I cant imagine if i had body damage or something like chip in my paint; how long this company would take. I wouldnt be writing this if they just picked up the phone and let me know whats going on.
