I like both my phone and the carrier I have, but I don't know who to blame for the weird behavior I am sometimes subject to..

Every now and then the phone acts haunted! No, really. Out of no where last week all of my Recent Calls log was erased completely. Then for about 4 days, it stayed erased, even after making calls, as if the calls weren't happening... ghost calls?

It also erased all of my text messages and they too stayed erased. There was no way to know if messages I was sending were going through or not.. some of them important ones to editors, etc.

Worse yet (perhaps this is owner error) but I don't even know how to access my own voicemail! And since I always had a recent call to Voicemail in my recent calls list, I never needed to know. Now I have a few voicemails in my box and can't access them. Now I have to make sure to answer the phone whenver it rings for fear its an important call and the person would leave a message if I don't. Grrr....

Thankfully this has only happened twice. But there are sometimes the phone shuts off and won't come back on, until I get it home to charge. And this isn't because its "dead" either...
