Consumer Review - Best Buy

I went to my local Best Buy store after having trouble with the subwoofer in my car. It turns out that the box my subwoofer was in broke somehow and my sub became detached from it. I didn't know what to expect when I went in. I talked to the car audio person, and he talked to the manager. Because the box wasn't under warranty(I bought it 2 years ago) the manager said that they couldn't replace it for free, but offered me a very good discount on a new box plus 50% off on other car audio equipment. I opted to just have the car audio guy fix my box for free but, in my book Best Buy in Bellingham has great customer service.
