Allied Waste is a WASTE OF MY TIME!!!!

I have no choice when it comes to what garbage/recycle company I use for my house and with that what happens when the one you have SUCKS??!! Well, Allied Waste can suck it and eat my garbage!!! I admit - there have been times (in the PAST) that I wasn't right on time with paying my bill...but come on, I am not perfect!!! But I did in fact pay my entire bill over the phone IN FULL BEFORE the Due date (yaaa props to paying my bill on time), and knowing how accounting departments screw up royally - I got the ladies name, the confirmation number and all the goods for making sure that they couldn't screw me....well they did anyways!!!! I received 4 automated calls saying "contact Allied Waste as there is a SERIOUS matter I need to take care of" SERIOUSLY...what could be so dire that I get 4 calls about it. I finally called them back and the lady seemed SOOO disconnected with Life that I knew this was gonna end up being a huge waste of my time - and it was!!! They had NO info that I called and paid my bill in full, no notes on my account to discontinue the yard waste, no confirmation number (which I have written down on the bill) and they stated that my bill was now PAST DUE and I will receive a late charge....what a crock o' shit!!!!! So I ended up shoving all their garbage back in their face with names, numbers etc and about an hour later - they 'resolved' this matter!!!! When you don't have a choice in who you use for garbage - I call that GARBAGE!!!!!!
