Message about Willamette Dental

We recently received a message from a Consupo user about Willamette Dental. We felt it was something that should be shared. Any names have been removed.

"Willamette dental truly messed up my husband's dentures. They did not recommend any alternative to dentures and he had his upper teeth pulled. We have since learned that was not a good choice as his gums were too small. They tried to get the dentures they ordered to fit to no vail. He now has to have implants.

"The dentures were ill fitted.

"I also have a night guard and the lab messed them up. I went in 3 times and they finally said, 'That is the best we can do.' A new one will cost me around 600.00.

"I also found when I changed dentists that they had never taken a full mouth xray in the 8 years we went to them and that I have decay under a crown which is so bad the tooth has to be extracted. The new dentist found another huge cavity that had to be present just months ago when I was at Willamette Dental. The dentist that saw me at Willamette was new and she just ground down the rough area and did not attempt to address the cavity!

"The Spokane offices are horrible. Morale is down, no dentists want to work there and the ones they have are not very good. If a dentist gets sick they just put a note on the door and close the office for the day.

"If you can avoid this place it could save you a lot of trouble and save your health."
