DO NOT Use Willamette Dental!

Willamette Dental is the worst dental service I have ever visited. It took three months to schedule a cleaning appointment. On my visit, the staff were unfriendly, more vicious with the little cleaning hook than normal, and told me I had cavities (soon to find they were non-existent) that I would need to schedule an appointment to have filled.

Three months later, I left work early and went to have the cavities filled. First thing they did, inject me with anesthetics. And guess what, they did the wrong side of my mouth. Upon discovering there were not any cavities on that side of my mouth, they realized decided to numb the other side. So they did. Then to my surprise, they told me there had been a mistake made and that I didn't actually have any cavities at all. So I was free to go, but stop by the counter on the way out to make my copayment.

What a joke. They expected me to pay after waiting three months, leaving work early, driving out there, and being needlessly injected and numbed. No thanks. I left and will never return. I have switched dental insurance and intend to tell everyone I can to never use Willamette Dental. And my experience isn't even nearly as bad as some of the others I have heard from former Willamette customers.
