I was in an accident at the end of '06. My wife and I share one car, so this situation left us without a vehicle. Our insurance company directed us to Thoroughbred Collision Centers (TCC). TCC informed us that the repairs on our vehicle would only take 2 weeks and we figured that we could survive without a vehicle for that short a period. After waiting 2 weeks, I was told it would only be a few days longer. TCC was waiting for parts that should arrive within the next few days. In a few days, the process was further delayed. This pattern proceeded for another month before I was even able to see my SUV. At which point I discovered TCC had not even repaired all the damage to my vehicle and they had left out some components. The brush guard and mud guards had disappeared and some components such as the window washer did not work. They had also obtained the wrong color of spare tire cover. TCC kept my car longer to make the required changes. When I finally obtained my vehicle, I had waited a total of 2 1/2 months. I will never return to a Thoroughbred Collision Center.Photo Evidence
