Jim Estrada, of Property Inspector LLC, recently inspected a condo I was looking into purchasing. I was impressed by the depth of the inspection, his knowledge, and his personality. He even emailed me the same evening he completed the inspection with pictures and info from the inspection. He showed great concern for any elements of the home that would effect my family's safety.
