- Consupo.com thrives because its members are willing to share their personal experiences online, and we want to make sharing those experiences as enjoyable as possible, so when it comes to creating a case, e-mailing allies, posting on our Dispatch or the Shout Box, we don't allow obscene, bigoted, or sexually explicit photos, videos, articles, or text . We reserve the right to remove postings of any kind that contains such content.
- No solicitations or advertisements of any kind are allowed unless pre-approved by Consupo.com. This includes advertisements for any business or politician. This annoying behavior adds clutter and devalues meaningful conversations.
- Don't give out personal information about yourself or anyone else. This means no posting phone numbers, addresses, e-mail addresses, Social Security numbers, passwords, or any other private information. Also, do not ask anyone else to post his or her phone number, address, e-mail address, Social Security number, password, or any other private information.
- Having good manners online means that you don't post the same thing more than once. This is considered another version of spamming, and Consupo.com and its members do not appreciate spamming.
- You participate at your own risk while posting on our Dispatch, Shout Box, and while e-mailing allies. All communications, except e-mails, may be monitored by our staff members. You take responsibility for postings under your identification. We take no responsibility for the content or opinions posted on the Dispatch, Shout Box, or e-mail.
- If you see any Shout Box comment, case, or Dispatch post that you feel violates any of the above Consupo.com guidelines, please notify us by clicking on the Report Abuse link or by e-mailing us through the Contact Us link.
- Companies and/or their employees are not allowed to create a profile, case, or comment about themselves, or in response to a case or comment about their company. If you see a profile, case, or comment by a user that is stating to be a representative or employee of a company, report them to us immediately.
- By participating in any portion of Consupo.com, you agree to abide by our Terms of Use.
- We reserve the right to remove any posting or profile if we feel that you are violating or taking advantage of the guidelines at Consupo.com.
- Basically, it boils down to using good judgment and respecting other community members so that we can all enjoy our time participating here in the Consupo.com community.
