Consupo offers a legitimate forum for change at a time when customer service is taking a back seat to company profits. As consumers it's time to band together and force our voices to be heard. Whether it's jobs going overseas, or a product that has not performed as advertised, we can help you to publish your complaint and form allies for your defense.

How do I participate? You do not need a user ID in order to browse existing cases or the Consupo Index. However, if you would like to create a case, post comments, rate a case, and actively participate in the Consupo community you will need a user ID. Here's how it works:
